HYDERABAD: The proposed flyover at Tolichowki will be named after
ex-Hyderabad MP Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi, while the rail-over-bridge at

naming these bridges.
The meeting also resolved to name reverse osmosis plants, proposed to be set up in 80 slums, after Salahuddin Owaisi, former MIM president. The corporation has also proposed to conduct a survey in slums to collect data on population, number of households, drinking water sources, community halls, borewells and requirement of potable water for which Rs 1.96 lakh was sanctioned by the standing committe. The committee has also decided to sanction 50 electric poles each to corporators and co-opted members which will be erected at places recommended by public representatives. Meanwhile, in view of the demand for vehicles for lifting debris, the committee has resolved to allocate one vehicle for each ward for 10 days.
